WORKSHOPS

Creative Embodied Resourcing Thru Image Making

In the half-day experiential workshop, participants will draw on creative expressive arts and body-oriented modalities to explore the interconnection of mind-body and elements of imagination in relation to embodied lived-experiencing.

Through conscious body movement, image-making, and creative writing, participants will call on a new kind of inward attention to explore feeling states, kinesthetic sensations, intuitions, and body awareness, toward meaningful new encounters with the self.

No art experience is needed. You will need  comfortable clothing for movement/dance, pen + journal for writing.
