Inner turmoil, stuckness, a sense that no thing feels right, relationship challenges, transitioning into a new career, marriage, motherhood, a new living situation, immigration and adjustment to a new culture, loss and grieving, facing the day to day experiences– the complexities of life can feel overwhelming, discouraging, and isolating, while also holding potential for profound understanding, insight, and growth.Â
My hope in our work is to help make room for new ways of partnering with yourself, with your feelings and capacities, broadening your response repertoires, cultivating new ways of reconnecting with your creative embodied self and feeling more at home with yourself, in your own unique skin.
My orientation is deeply rooted in Jungian psychoanalysis, depth psychology, creative expressive arts, and body-oriented modalities.
This means that we will talk about your challenges and symptoms, draw on your inner images, explore the deeper unconscious motivations and meanings, engage with your night dreams, pay attention to your body’s intelligence as a place of resourcing.
