Many emotional challenges are carried not only in thoughts and feelings but also in the body. Anxiety, trauma, grief, chronic stress, and life transitions often leave traces in our physical experience long after difficult events have passed.

Body-oriented psychotherapy invites attention to sensations, movement, posture, breath, and embodied experience as valuable sources of information and healing. Rather than treating the body as separate from the psyche, this approach recognizes their ongoing relationship.

My work is rooted in Jungian psychology and integrates trauma-informed body-centered approaches. By listening and attuning to the wisdom of the body, individuals often discover new ways of relating to themselves, regulating emotions, and moving toward greater wholeness and resilience.

This process integrates Jungian Psychology, Expressive Arts Therapy, and Dream Work.
